Hygiene and Safety: Your well-being is our priority. We adhere to strict hygiene protocols, ensuring a safe and clean environment for all guests. However, please note that our spa is not suitable for those with walking difficulties due to the presence of many stairs.

Cancellation & No-show Policy
By booking an appointment, you have reserved our valuable time. As a business, this time is lost and may not be resold at the last minute. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Cancellation within 48 Hours: If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within this time frame will incur a 50% deduction from the deposit we have taken.  This fee is necessary because it allows us to allocate the slot to other clients.

No-Shows: Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment will also be subject to a 50% fee. No-show appointments cannot be filled and therefore impact the business and the therapist’s valuable time.

Gift Vouchers: Please note that gift voucher values will be lost in the event of a last-minute cancellation or a no-show. The non-cancellation charge remains, and the 50% value of the appointment from the gift voucher will be deducted.

Late Arrivals  If you arrive late to your appointment, your treatment time may be cut short if there are other guests scheduled after your visit.
